Babies & Under 5 Gymnastic Classes

Flow Baby Gymnastics is suitable for babies from 4 months to little learners 5yrs and under. All Participants are accompanied by a parent or caregiver. All sessions are conducted in a secure, baby and child friendly space with soft mats and equipment designed for little hands and feet.

Program is guided group activities led by experienced Baby/ Kindy and Advanced Gymnastic Coach.
Activities will include Free play time with a variety of sensory and movement stations, Parent and baby bonding exercises and a welcoming, inclusive community.

We recommend comfortable clothing for both baby and caregiver
Water bottle, Favourite comfort item (optional)
