Original Mindful Doodling

This family-centred session focusses on grounding and collaboration, acceptance and self-expression. The class is gently guided, with encouragement to slow-down to create without judgement and expectations. You are welcome to bring your own materials and work on a project of your own - but all materials are provided too. The structure remains the same for these sessions and driven by neurodivergent people that like familiarity, although your creative output could be different at each session as is based on your own energy on the day.
