Calling all MEN for Pilates!

This isn’t yoga with candles. Men on Mats is straight-up core work, mobility drills, and stretch sessions that hit where you’re weakest — and make you stronger for it.

If your hamstrings are screaming and your spine’s stuck in 2010, you’re in the right place.

Zero fluff. All function. For men who train — and want to keep moving like they mean it.

Join us Wednesday 6th August and every week thereafter 7.30pm-8.30pm at Walton Baptist Church.
