Herbal First Aid Workshop

Discover the healing power of local plants in this hands-on Herbal First Aid workshop with Helen from The Gathering Fields. Explore both theory and practical skills as you learn to make balms, teas and poultices using traditional knowledge. Participants will leave with a handmade herbal product.
