This exclusive 2-day intensive is offered every other month at the Lisa Kelley Hair Academy in Walpole, MA. Attend all 12 sessions over the course of one year to earn your official F.M.C.C.C. Certification, a credential that honors your mastery in the craft of cutting, color, chemistry, and client care.

Each session includes:

• Live cut & color demos by Franco Marino
• Hands-on practice with personal guidance
• Deep dives into consultation, formulation, and design theory
• Advanced principles in color chemistry, precision cutting, and business strategy
• Access to Franco’s exclusive tools and patented techniques (like Colortraxx™)

Franco’s signature approach—the synergy of shape and shade—has made him a coast-to-coast icon in salon education. After six sessions, stylists will be tested and certified under the standards of Lisa Kelley Hair and Franco Marino himself.

Franco is one of the most decorated artists in the professional beauty industry today. A former Manhattan Sassoon-trained stylist turned master colorist, he’s worked the stages of every major show in the U.S. and Italy for the past 30 years. He's the owner and inventor of Magna Shears, operator of Beautiful Hair Color Salon and Westchester Hair Academy, and is a certified American Board Colorist.

His work has been featured in Modern Salon, American Salon, Salon Today, and more. He was named the “Go-To Guy for the Most Gorgeous Women” by Westchester Magazine and continues to mentor the next generation of elite professionals alongside Lisa Kelley.

After completing the full 6-session course, graduates will receive the F.M.C.C.C. Certification, which recognizes mastery in:
