It is the first night of a series of Wine Challenges

We choose two wine experts
Then Chef Wesley Babb creates a three course tasting menu...
The two wine experts share their choices for the best wine to pair with each course.
They compete and you are the judge for each round.
The winner goes on the the represent in the final four events in March, then the championship in April.
