Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra Autumn Series

Class is on the first floor in the Yoga/Dance Studio

A 45 minute session to relax, unwind and find inner peace through a guided meditation practice called Yoga Nidra in Hebburn Central.

Tickets are £5 + £1.13 booking fee

No prior experience required.

Yoga Nidra is a state between waking and sleeping with a simplistic guidance with your teacher Nicola of Aroha Healing.

You can be seated but if you would like to lie down here are some suggested things to bring for extra comfort:
Mat
Pillow
Blanket
Eye Pillow or Eye Mask
