Logic of Support: How to Find and Create Support

How do we find support? Where does it live in our structure? Where does it live in the environment around us? How do we find it in one another? This workshop will look at Gait Mechanics and human anatomy as a resource for understanding the fundamentals of human locomotion and beyond. We will work with solo dancing partnered exercises and group witnessing. Tools for exploring will come from Contact Improvisation and the Axis Syllabus©
