Aerial Slings has so many possibilities offering fun fitness for all abilities. The classes incorporates flowing transitions with tricks and combinations to help you find flight.

Aerial sling is a long loop of fabric suspended from the ceiling. We’ll teach you the basics for mounting and inverting on the sling, as well as creating beautiful wraps and circus tricks. Expect to leave class feeling energised with a sense of achievement at your new circus building strength. This is the perfect class for those who want to increase overall fitness and endurance with a lower impact FUN form of exercise… all whilst flying in the air!

Our sessions are suitable for beginners with no experience required.
