Dance Improvisation Workshop with Alice Gale-Feeny.

No prior experience necessary. The theme of the workshop is freedom and constraint - how can we find a sense of freedom when there may also be constraints in our bodies? How can we connect to our environment through movement?

Bring comfortable clothes and come ready to be outdoors for an invigorating movement session supported by music.
