This is not a Therapy Circle , but a community of compassionate and courageous people, ready to share, listen, and support.

Grief looks different for everyone, and all experiences and perspectives are valid and respected here.

Tears are welcome unapologetically in this open and safe space.

We encourage sharing at your own pace, speaking as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and practicing self-care.

There is an element of reflective and curious exploration of the topic of death and dying during the circle.
