Join us for a nurturing mid-autumn experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and reflect with intention.
Together, we’ll move through practices that cultivate grounding, gratitude, and inner clarity.
What to Expect:
• Welcome & Intention Setting – Center yourself and set your personal intention for the session.
• Yoga & Warming Movement – Gentle flows to awaken the body and release tension.
• Mindful Walk & Nature Collecting – Connect with the outdoors and gather natural treasures.
• Autumn Mandala Creation – Use collected elements to create a beautiful seasonal mandala.
• Balancing Breathwork & Guided Meditation – Harmonize body and mind with mindful breathing and meditation.
• Reflective Journaling – Capture insights and reflections in your journal.
• Closing with Herbal Tea Indoors – Warm up, share experiences, and connect over tea. Important Info:
• This event takes place in the beautiful grounds of Howbery Park – please dress appropriately for all possible UK weather!
• While the main practices will be standing, you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket, or something to sit or lie on for meditation and journaling.
• Don’t forget your journal and wear comfortable clothing.
• Free to attend, but registration is essential.
