River Birkett Cleanup

The River Birkett where it runs through Leasowe is a litter eyesore and desperately in need of some heavy duty litter picking. In liaison with Pete Cummings who created the River Birkett FB Group it is intended to at least make start on what realistically will require a series of visits to deal with the sheer volume of litter. Come and join us and help make a difference. All welcome, just bring yourselves, all litter picking kit provided.
