You’ll receive an introduction to five Egyptian dance styles, including:
🌸 Baladi – grounded, soulful, and expressive
🌸 Oriental (Raqs Sharqi) – elegant, emotional, and feminine
🌸 Shaabi – lively, fun, and full of personality
🌸 Golden era – Romantic Vintage Egyptian cinematic style
🌸 Assiuti (Saidi) – earthy and rhythmic with folkloric energy

Each session includes stretching and conditioning to improve posture, flexibility, and strength. You’ll learn to express joy and emotion through movement, connect with the divine feminine, and celebrate your body at every age and stage of life.
