This is my first run to try and bring people together who our on the recovery journey from drugs and alcohol addiction or for those looking to get help with the addiction we will meet at vale park shelter on New Brighton prom and will go for a run together across our beautiful prom and chat about life while also getting fit, and if anyone would like to go for a coffee or something after we can do that anyone is welcome the more the merrier 💙
