Where: Tenterfield Showgrounds Main Ring (Pavilion end),
Manners Street, Tenterfield
Time: from 4.30pm
4.30pm - Gates open (BBQ and bar open)
5.00pm - Bush and beach party, fun family activities
6.10pm - Tenterfield Highlanders Pipe Band
6.15pm - Official ceremony starts
8.30pm - Fireworks display to conclude event
