Put down your to-do list and join us for an evening of music that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect before the holidays take over.

Strings of Passion features Tchaikovsky’s Pathétique Symphony, performed by the Walla Walla Symphony for the first time. Written during one of the most difficult times of his life, this music is full of emotion that feels painfully human: longing, memory, love, and loss. It reminds us that even in the hardest moments, beauty can still be made.

The program also includes Samuel Barber's Violin Concerto (another Walla Walla Symphony first!) featuring guest artist Lara St. John, as well as Roma Suite by Milica Paranosic and Lara St. John, with the premiere of a newly composed third movement.
