Our Slow Smoked Prime Rib is on the Pit 🐂 🔥! We start with Certified Angus Beef dry rubbed tied & trussed then smoked over White Oak and Hickory wood till medium rare. Serving with a Potato 🥔, Pat's full salad bar 🥗 fresh bakery roll 🥖 and Homemade soup 🍜. If you love Prime Rib this is your day!
