Ready to swap that mass-produced belt for something that will last a lifetime? Join us for a hands-on immersion into the world of traditional leatherworking.
In this workshop, you won’t just "learn"—you’ll make. Under expert guidance, you will transform premium full-grain water buffalo hide and solid brass hardware into a custom-fitted belt tailored specifically to you.
All technical equipment and safety materials are provided. Just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to work with your hands!
Caleb Lawson (he/him) is the craftsman behind Saddlesnake Leather, a leather goods brand specializing in BDSM gear and kinkwear inspired by western tack and saddlery. He’s also a sales specialist, class instructor, and willing accomplice at Tandy Leather in Grand Rapids. His other experience as a craftsman include bookbinding, plush-making, machine and hand embroidery, sewing, cinch weaving, and pattern drafting. He’s also a graphic designer, singer-songwriter, husband, and loving dog dad.
