Sip & Flow Saturdays at Copper Compass Craft Distillery

Once a month from October through December, Sip & Flow Saturdays will transform Copper Compass into a cultural wellness experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and community. Guests will begin with an energizing Pilates flow led by Ty’s Garden, followed by curated sips from a local rum distillery.

Your ticket includes a 50-minute mat Pilates session and a curated drink by Copper Compass.
