Yoga in the Park ☀️Bank Holiday Special☀️

Join me this bank holiday at 10am with our Yoga in the Park

I have limited places available with just a minimal charge of £5

We will be moving through a Vinyasa based Yoga flow and will combine with some gorgeous guided meditation.

This class is suitable for absolute beginners and is open to all.

It is essential to book your place.

Location Thornes Park at my usual council approved location.✅
