Wakefield Shared Goals: In person workshop

We are pleased to invite you to an in-person Wakefield Pathfinder workshop focusing on a test an learn pilot known as 'Shared Goals in Action'. The outputs of system mapping workshops over the summer have directly fed into the thinking and design of the test and learn project as part of Pathfinder. We would like to gather stakeholders to support the design and development of this test.

The question we're asking to frame our testing is:

How might we ensure a resident engaging with the employment support system in Wakefield has one set of shared, actionable goals to work towards across organisations so that services are joined up and respond to needs in a coordinated way?

We would like to invite you to shape the scope and scale of these tests via a 3 hour workshop on 22, 23 or 24 October, in person at Wakefield One.

Please sign up for only one date, with a maximum of one person from each organisation per date, to ensure a variety of voices at each event. The content of the workshop will be repeated across the three dates.

During each workshop, it would be great to cover:

• Opportunities we have identified for testing around shared goals, and a chance to feed in and shape these
• Wider idea generation, flagging assumptions and challenges to design collaborative tests within the shared goals space
