Join us as we proudly host Wakefield Mental Health Day for the third year running - a meaningful community event in the heart of the city, raising awareness in recognition of World Mental Health Day.
This year’s theme focuses on bridging the digital divide - exploring how technology can support mental health and wellbeing. Held at the newly renovated Wakefield Exchange, the event brings together a wide range of local services and organisations to offer support, resources and inspiration for building resilience and maintaining positive mental health.
✅ Guest Speakers: Hear from Steve Phillip, founder of The Jordan Legacy CIC and co-founder of The Baton of Hope Suicide Prevention campaign. Along with Briony Hallas as she shares her personal journey with our service.
✅ Meet Local Partners and Support Services: Vico Homes, MYHospitals Charity, Yorkshire Sport Foundation, Wakefield Council, The Hepworth, Wakefield Family Hubs, Mid Yorkshire Teaching Trust, and many more!
✅ Explore Opportunities: From arts and leisure to employment, sports, and social support – there’s something for everyone.
Whether you're seeking support, looking to connect, or simply want to learn more, this event is open to all. Let’s come together to show that mental health matters.
