You My Boo

Third annual Halloween theme mini comp! Teams of two compete in four different, five minute maximum functional fitness challenges, with just five minutes of rest in between each workout. Scaled and RX options make this a grand challenge for a variety of fitness levels!

Grab your boo, and sign up for a morning of fun, fast exercise and feisty competition. Prizes awarded to the top three teams in both categories. $100 per team. Costumes encouraged! See you on the floor!
