Rock Your Sole 5K

Join us for Central Minnesota's premier trail run, the Anderson Trucking Service Rock Your Sole 5K.

The Bernick’s Family Fitness Series is excited to host this family friendly event at gorgeous Quarry Park.

Don’t forget to bring the kiddos out! The El Jay Plumbing and Heatings Little Rockers 1K is back! Ages 12 and under can join in! Youth shirts included as part of the registration.

Packet Pick Up: You will receive information on packet pick up ahead of time. Packet Pick Up will be hosted at the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA (2001 Stockinger Drive). Signage will direct you. We are looking to set up outside, weather permitting. Email reminders will be sent the week of the event.
