Join Healing Touch Practitioner Annie for The Self Chakra Connection Workshop, a transformative self-care experience that balances physical and emotional energies for deep relaxation and calm.
In this workshop, Annie will guide you in gently placing your hands over various energy centers (chakras) throughout your body, starting at the feet and moving up to the head, holding each position for about one minute. You're welcome to sit or lie down, and yoga mats are optional.
This powerful technique reduces stress, supports grief processing, and enhances decision-making clarity. It's also a wonderful practice to do before bed, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
You'll receive handouts to continue practicing The Chakra Connection at home. Dress comfortably, come with an open mind, and get ready to experience balance, clarity, and calm in your daily life!
