We’re continuing the journey with a 5-week Biodanza series at Aio Wira Retreat Centre — a beautiful invitation to move, connect, and deepen our sense of community.

Each class offers an experience of connection, vitality, and joy through music, movement, and authentic encounter. No choreography, no experience needed — just bring your presence and willingness to explore.
