Join The Aloha Bears as we participate in the 2025 Honolulu Pride Parade. Once again, this year, we are getting a golden hour glow-up on Saturday, October 18th for a sunset parade starting at 4pm.
The parade will kick off from Magic Island Beach Park. We will be joining our Tapa's Waikiki 'ohana on their float this year. You can either climb aboard the truck/float, or if you want to walk along side, you're more than welcome. Feel free to also bring a bike, motorized scooter, wagon, skates, skateboard, anything with wheels.
Here is some information from the parade committee on some key times and rules we need to adhere to. Please arrive as early as you can before the roads close.
We won’t know our placement in the parade until that day so, if you’re attending, email Jack at
aW5mbyB8IHRoZWFsb2hhYmVhcnMgISBvcmc= and he will provide his contact information once it's available.
10:00 am - Check-in and staging will begin at Magic Island. They will have DJs on site, and a merchandise booth to get your Pride swag, and tons of fun. PARTICIPANTS/VOLUNTEERS DO NOT NEED TO BE HERE THIS EARLY, unless you want to.
2:00 pm - DECORATING COMMITTEE (AND VOLUNTEERS) SHOULD ARRIVE TO DECORATE. If you want to help, just show up or email Jac at
