About the event

Edgewater Park Community Planting Day, Waikanae

Support Te Ati Awa ki Whakarongotai, Friends of Waikanae River, Parikawau Reserve Group and the Greater Wellington River Rangers to plant 2000 plants along Edgewater Park. 🌱

Sixty students from two local kura (schools), Kapakapanui School and Waikanae School, will help to bring this vision to life.

Community welcome! BBQ lunch provided for all volunteers. 🌭
