The evening will start with a nourishing cacao meditation guiding us to set an intention before we drop into a soundscape a full-body immersion in vibration and healing frequencies. Through Crystal & Tibetan sound bowls, harp, handpan, medicine drumming and other magical instruments, we'll cocoon ourselves in sound, traveling beyond the physical into a place of stillness, deep relaxation, and self-discovery.
Expect candlelight, soft darkness, warm blankets, and a soundscape that carries you somewhere beyond the mind. trust that the space will be held beautifully, just as it’s meant to be.
Together, they will then weave a story with the power of sound. Utilising an array of sound tool instruments, as well as their love of mantra, this event is sure to be unique and fulfilling for anyone in need of the ultimate rest and relaxation that sound therapy has to offer.
