Meet The Maker of Weathercraft Wines, Raquel Jones Viticulturist & Winemaker.Driven by a passion for winemaking and having her own vineyard , Raquel closed her law office in Melbourne and with her husband Hugh, bought a vineyard in Beechworth. In the foothills of the Victorian High Country, she merges viticulture and winemaking into a singular art form, epitomising the spirit of the ‘vigneron’. Raquel manages the vineyard and crafts the wine from a deep, hands-on understanding of every stage, from soil to bottle. We are very fortunate to have her with us. Raquel will guide us through a tasting of 8 Weathercraft wines and the amazing Maria's Paella Catering will provide us with delicious grazing boards and chicken paella.No one under 18 permitted.
