Skip the dinner reservation and try something different. Date Night Couples Challenge is your chance to move, laugh, stretch and maybe discover who has the better balance. (Friendly competition encouraged.)
Led by Wendy and Matt Ross, this playful evening blends partner yoga, assisted partner stretching, beginner-friendly acro yoga, and a few of those hilarious couples challenges you’ve definitely seen on social media. You’ll build trust, communication and connection — all while attempting poses that might wobble, surprise you, and have you both cracking up.
No experience needed — just a willingness to try, support each other, and have fun. Expect teamwork, light challenges, supported stretches to melt tension, and a few moments where you realize how strong you are together. Come ready to move, connect, and leave with inside jokes you’ll still be laughing about on the drive home.
Cost: $50 per couple. Only one person needs to register.
Comfortable, loose or athletic clothing and socks are suggested.
