Join us for a relaxing, feel-good getaway by the water designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge—inside and out. This 3-day retreat blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection, all set against the peaceful coastal backdrop of The Shoals.
We’ll ease in with grounding beach walks, breathwork to calm the mind, and a mix of gentle Pilates and yoga to help you feel more in tune with your body. Each day is filled with laid-back structure—just enough to guide you without rushing you. There’s time to reflect, move, journal, and simply be.
You’ll enjoy nourishing meals, beautiful sunsets, and powerful moments of stillness—from moonlit movement to crystal bowl sound healing. Together, we’ll explore how to create simple, supportive rituals you can take home and keep going long after the retreat ends.
