On Saturday 14th June, I’m hosting a Quiz & Raffle Night at the wonderful Pityme Inn in Rock to raise awareness and funds for Man Down, a men's mental health charity doing vital work here in Cornwall.
This event is part of my Guinness World Record attempt to type the alphabet with a mouth stick in under 11 seconds – yep, you read that right! As a paint-by-mouth artist and someone who’s been ventilated 24/7 since a childhood accident, this is a HUGE personal challenge – and it’s all to help break the stigma around male mental health.

We’re looking for raffle prize donations – big or small – from local businesses and kind-hearted individuals. Every bit makes a difference!
