HOPE Sessions

Starting on the 19th February @10am at St Minver Community Hub, Trewint Lane, St Minver Lowlands, PL27 6LU.

Would you like to enhance your resilience through difficult times, rediscover your inner self and increase your ability to cope? This course will help you manage your LTHC, to look after your Health & Wellbeing and connect you with others who may be experiencing the same things. Together we will look at ways that Help you Overcome Problems Effectively and instil HOPE.
