Join Coach Jim at the Playtri Tent for a shakeout run on Saturday morning before mandatory bike check. Have a few last minute questions about nutrition and hydration? Ask away! Coach Jim has been a triathlete for over two decades and has worked with first time triathletes and world championship qualifiers.
