AcroYoga Conditioning Jam — Sundays at 12 PM

Join us for our AcroYoga Conditioning Jam — a playful, strength-building community practice where we merge movement, connection, and conditioning.
This 3-hour Sunday session is private to previous attendees, who want to build the strength, coordination, and trust needed for more advanced AcroYoga flows. Each week, we’ll:
✨ Learn and refine foundational moves
💪 Condition the body for balance, stability, and endurance
🤸♀️ Explore partner drills and progressions toward transitions
🌞 Jam freely afterwards in a supportive and creative space
Bring your curiosity, and a snack (or one to share!)
⚡ Please note:
This is a physical movement practice involving strength, flexibility, and balance.
AcroYoga is a contact activity — you’ll be working closely and making physical contact with other participants.
Out of respect for the group, please do not attend if you are feeling unwell, have cold or flu symptoms, or have been recently ill.
