YMCA Weightlifting Event

💪 Power Up at the Y! Join fellow YMCA lifters as we cheer each other on and aim for new personal records. This community event is all about strength, encouragement, and celebrating progress together!

🏋️ Divisions:

Teen: Ages 15–18

Adult: Ages 19+

Masters: Ages 40+ (Masters may also compete in Adult Division)

🔥 Power 3 Club — Bench + Squat + Deadlift

Men: 1,000 lb • 1,200 lb • 1,500 lb

Women: 500 lb • 750 lb • 1,000 lb

📅 Pre-registration required by Saturday, October 25th at the Wellness Desk.
👕 Participants who hit club marks will receive a T-shirt!

🙌 Volunteers Needed: Spotters & Loaders — sign up at the Wellness Desk.
