Mahashivaratri 2026
February 15th 6pm-6am
Shree Giridhar Dham, Vrindavan
Join us for an overnight celebration of chanting, kirtan, and puja this Mahashivratri, as we gather in devotion to manifested Shiva Lingams in Vrindavan. Mahashivratri is not about resisting sleep, but about staying inwardly awake—through fear, boredom, and worldly distractions. As the night unfolds, we will lose ourselves in singing, letting His voice soften the mind, allowing devotion to carry us beyond fatigue, and offering the entire night to the greatest bhakta of Sri Hari, at the Lotus Feet of the SatGuru.
Shivaratri is a sacred opportunity to sincerely pray to Lord Shiva to install Himself in our hearts. As we bathe Him in the form of the Lingam, He cleanses our inner impurities and awakens devotion within us, so that we may realise Him in our hearts and begin to see Him everywhere. Stay with us through the night in puja, song, and remembrance, celebrating one of the Lord’s closest devotees and awakening to the divinity within.
“Shivaratri is when you forget about your mind and let your mind dwell only on the Divine. That’s what Shivaratri is – it is uplifting you and really awakening what is deep inside of you.”
