On this Full Moon I invite You to a cosmic sound journey with the gong as a guide. The healing vibrations of a few various instruments will transport You to a dreamlike state, where You will have the opportunity to visit your inner universe. This is a sacred space where You can meet with deeply hidden parts of Yourself. It’s a space for feeling, knowing Yourself, accepting, loving and letting go. While your soul will wander in the meanders of infinity, your body will receive a vibrational massage at the cellular level. This sound journey can bring deep relaxation in your body and mind, soothing of the nervous system, peace, calmness, interesting insights and even abstract visions.
🌀Wear clean, warm and comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water with You.
🌀Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. You can take with You a pillow, sleeping bag or anything to make yourself even more comfortable and cosy.
🌀It’s recomended to eat light fresh meals and drink a lot of water during the whole day, before and after the gong bath, to let your body reciveing as much healing benefits of the vibrations.
