On the last Full Moon of this summer I’d love to invite You for a magical and relaxing inner journey, on which I’m going to take You on a wave of crystal sound vibrations on Sunday’s evening, 7th of September 🌀
My intention for this Crystal Sound Bath is to let You integrate the experiences of the summer, feel gratitude for what has come and what has gone, and prepare for what is coming and what will pass. Slowly prepare for the change that is coming—in the nature, within ourselves, in our inner world and the outside world - to become ready for an energetical transformation that is coming with a new season.
Moreover, to offer You deep relaxation in your body, mind, emotions and soothing of the nervous system, that can bring You peace, calmness, interesting insights and even abstract visions.
During the sound journey your body will receive a vibrational massage at the cellular level, created by crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, ocean drum, koshi bells, kalimba, ocarina and even more magical instruments and a voice.
🌀Wear clean, warm and comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water with You.
🌀Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. You can bring a pillow, sleeping bag or anything to make yourself even more comfortable and cosy.
🌀It’s recomended to eat light fresh meals and drink a lot of water during the whole day, before and after the Crystal Sound Bath, to let your body reciveing as much healing benefits of the vibrations.
