Per questa quinta edizione torneremo a COMISO, presso VILLA ORCHIDEA Resort, un'accogliente struttura 4 stelle con tutto ciò che serve a portata di mano: confortevoli camere a pochi passi dalla grandissima e confortevole Ballroom, dalla splendida piscina, dal ristorante, dal boschetto per le milonghe pomeridiane, dagli impianti sportivi a poche centinaia di metri dall’aeroporto di Comiso con un servizio navetta totalmente gratuito per i nostri partecipanti che prenoteranno in tempo.
Riproponiamo la formula Mezza Pensione, con la possibilità di poter pranzare a bordo piscina con le prelibatezze dello chef o con veloci brunch da scegliere.
Per chi sceglie la formula Mezza Pensione: Possibilità di pranzare all'interno della struttura, previa prenotazione alla reception, per usufruire del servizio ristorante con servizio a tavola con le prelibatezze dello chef o con veloci brunch da scegliere o brunch a bordo piscina con piatti veloci. Il pagamento potrà essere effettuato cash o con carta o con addebito in camera.

Il modulo deve essere compilato da ogni partecipante. Se compilato correttamente si riceverà una risposta generata dal sistema che conferma l'avvenuta registrazione. Successivamente la Segreteria invierà una mail per la CONFERMA di ACCETTAZIONE e le modalità per effettuare il pagamento.
Anche per la registrazione in coppia bisognerà compilare e inviare due moduli, uno ciascuno, inserendo il nome del proprio partner nell'apposita casella. In caso di Accettazione a Scaccia Tango Marathon entro 10 giorni si riceverà una email di conferma con tutte le modalità di pagamento. L'iscrizione si intende perfezionata e definitiva ad avvenuto pagamento che deve essere comunicato alla nostra email:

PARTECIPAZIONE E PAGAMENTO
La partecipazione deve essere confermata dal versamento del pacchetto Full Milongas a persona, entro e non oltre 7 gg dalla data di ricevimento della conferma via e-mail. Il mancato pagamento farà decadere la partecipazione senza vincolo di avviso.
RECESSO
- In caso di recesso fino al 10 Agosto 2025 è previsto un rimborso per l'intero importo versato, al netto delle spese di segreteria pari a € 10,00.
- Per recessi oltre a tali termini non è previsto alcun rimborso.

For this fifth edition we will return to COMISO, at VILLA ORCHIDEA Resort, a welcoming 4-star facility with everything you need at your fingertips: comfortable rooms just a few steps from the huge and comfortable Ballroom, the splendid swimming pool, the restaurant, the grove for afternoon milongas, the sports facilities just a few hundred meters from Comiso airport with a totally free shuttle service for our participants who book in advance.
We are offering the Half Board formula again, with the possibility of having lunch by the pool with the chef's delicacies or with quick brunches to choose from.
For those who choose the Half Board formula: Possibility of having lunch inside the facility, upon reservation at the reception, to take advantage of the restaurant service with table service with the chef's delicacies or with quick brunches to choose from or brunch by the pool with quick dishes. Payment can be made in cash or by card or by debiting the room.

The package includes participation in all the Milongas with refreshments planned for the 3 days, and a rich Sunday Apericena based on typical products and drinks inside the Despedita Milonga on Sunday 14 September.
It will be possible to register through our Promoters to benefit from a discount and special benefits such as the free excursion in a Gran Turismo Coach to the places of Inspector Montalbano: Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli.

The form must be filled out by each participant. If filled out correctly, you will receive a response generated by the system that confirms the registration. The Secretariat will then send an email to CONFIRM ACCEPTANCE and the methods for making the payment.
Also for registration as a couple, you will need to fill out and send two forms, one each, entering the name of your partner in the appropriate box. In case of Acceptance to Scaccia Tango Marathon within 10 days, you will receive a confirmation email with all the payment methods. Registration is considered completed and definitive upon payment, which must be communicated to our email:

PARTICIPATION AND PAYMENT
Participation must be confirmed by payment of the Full Milongas package per person, no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation via email. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of participation without notice.
WITHDRAWAL
- In case of withdrawal up to August 10, 2025, a refund is foreseen for the entire amount paid, net of the administrative costs of € 10.00.
- For withdrawals beyond these terms, no refund is foreseen.
