Dinner with Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey

Join us for an elevated evening featuring Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey served seamlessly with Chef David's 'creative meets classic' menu. Enjoy a warm reception of Puff Pastry with Smoked Salmon, Prosciutto-Wrapped House Breadsticks, Mini Dungeness Crab Cakes, and Crown Royal Reserve Manhattans.

Then dinner continues with Fresh Lobster Bisque paired with Crown Royal Reserve 12 Year, a Warm Spinach Salad matched with Crown Royal Single Malt 90, and a showstopping Classic Roast Prime Rib of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, French Green Beans, and Horseradish Cream paired with Crown Royal Extra Rare 18 Year. End the night with a silky Butterscotch Pudding.
