Golden Intentions Workshop

Hi everyone � I’m a local personal development specialist and coach, and I’m running a workshop at Foxhills Country Club on 17th October for anyone who is approaching retirement or has recently retired.
The session is all about using psychology to create a plan for a fulfilling and purposeful retirement. I’ve designed it in response to many conversations I’ve had in coaching, where people at this stage of life are reflecting, soul-searching, and wondering about the best way forward.
