Join us for an approximately 2‑hour workshop designed to build cold‑water resilience from the inside out.
Led by Moni Slawson, CYT-200, this workshop blends Inner Fire (Tummo‑inspired) breathwork - a Tibetan practice meaning “fierce woman” or “inner fire” - with visualization and body‑locks to generate deep internal heat. Traditionally used to support meditation and withstand cold environments, this method helps awaken strength, focus, and nervous‑system steadiness.
We’ll move through a combination of breathwork, Tai Chi–inspired movement, yoga, and meditation to prepare your body and mind for the cold. After activating your inner fire, you’ll enter a supported 2–3 minute cold immersion, learning to meet the cold with ease, calmness, and confidence.
Cold immersion has been shown to support emotional regulation, improve sleep, increase dopamine, and reduce stress. This workshop is accessible, empowering, and designed to help you discover your own resilience.
