Join us as we celebrate the beginning of Fall with a special Fall Harvest Flow on the Field! 🍁
We're taking our Class to the Grass in the field behind the studio where you'll enjoy a Fall inspired Harvest Spice flow designed to awaken your senses, align your body with intention, release tension & stress, inspiring you to welcome the coming Season 🧘🏻‍♀️
Enjoy Fresh Brew from Haluan Coffee & Tea ☕️ and ShapeShifters Sourdough Snacks 🍪 after class!

All levels of practice are welcome and encouraged!
Bring a blanket or beach towel & we'll take care of the rest
Class, Coffee & treats are free 💜

Lot opens at 9am and Class begins at 9:30am.
