A Somatic Creative Experience
At Mood, we believe healing doesn’t always happen through words. Sometimes it happens through movement.
Through breath.
Through color on a canvas.
Join us for The Art of Release, a guided expressive arts experience led by Moni Slawson, CYT-200 designed to help you move emotion safely through the body and into creative form.
We’ll begin with gentle, grounding movement and breathwork to settle the nervous system and create a sense of internal safety. From there, you’ll be guided through meditation and reflective journaling to explore what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to restore within yourself.
Then we create.
Through intuitive, non-objective painting - splatters, layers, texture, curves, movement - you’ll translate your inner landscape into color and form. No artistic experience is needed. This isn’t about talent. It’s about honesty. Expression. Regulation.
This experience is for you if you’ve been:
