Community Yoga Class to Benefit Connect With A Wish

We hope you'll join us for our Community Yoga Class to benefit our friends at Connect With a Wish. Join Kendall, owner of The Healing Loft, as she leads us through an hour of mindful movement where everyone is welcome!

The first half of class will guide you through 30 minutes of gentle yoga — accessible, beginner-friendly postures that encourage strength, ease, and presence. We'll then shift into 30 minutes of deeply restful restorative poses, fully supported by props, to invite relaxation and release. Together we'll move, rest, and give back.

In partnership with Connect With a Wish, a local nonprofit supporting children in the foster care system, your entry fee will be a heartfelt monetary donation of your choosing. Come move with purpose and make a difference!
