This 90-minute workshop is a gentle , suppporitve experience designed to help you understand the emotional connection to clutter and give you practical tools to finally move forward-without shame, pressure, or perfectionism.

This is not about forcing yourself to get rid of everything. It's about understanding What you're holding onto and why-so letting go becomes easier.
