“Change the Narrative” is a powerful evening of conversation, empowerment, and healing — created for the ones who come from it, live through it, and rise beyond it. Through raw stories, street-smart wisdom, and unfiltered dialogue, we confront the social ills, false narratives, and survival mindsets that hold us back — and we build new ones rooted in growth, purpose, and power.

This event brings together youth, parents, educators, mentors, returning citizens, and community leaders for a night of real connection, insight, and inspiration.

At a bare minimum — you’ll leave this space with:

• A new way to see yourself, your past, and your potential.
• Real tools to reframe pain into power and trauma into purpose.
• Game you can use — insight on how to navigate pressure, identity, and opportunity in real life.

Presented by Changing Narratives Now, in collaboration with Travis May and Irvin Crump, this event is more than a talk — it’s a movement. It’s about breaking cycles, building leaders, and rewriting the story of what’s possible.
